It is important that all service users, family, friends and those involved with the CATH organisation are aware of the procedures to follow if and when you require to make a complaint. Should you feel that the complaint will not be addressed to your satisfaction by staff or CATH Management (Day Centre – Eddie Nelson, CATH House – Sue Wise, Floating Support – Mark McCartin) then you can take your complaint to the Operations Manager Brian Cowie based at the Head Office, 188-190 High Street PERTH PH1 5PA.
You are entitled to take your complaint to Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland (SCSWIS) who can be contacted at the location shown below:
